Across the exhibition floor, suppliers will present the latest technologies and developments in building automation, climate and energy management, lighting control, access and security, and facility management. - HDL – Xelent Series: a range of 21 thermostat panels, smart button panels and sockets for residential, hospitality and commercial projects. The series supports EU, Swiss and US wall boxes, adjustable time-of-flight presence sensing, SoftStart backlighting, temperature control accurate to within 1°C and energy-saving integration with HDL room control units.
- INSPRID – Glare Series heat pump: a system combining space cooling with water heating. It is designed for cooling ceiling applications, with a photovoltaic direct-drive option and a cooling water source for deep dehumidification. INSPRID will also display KNX-based whole-house controls and intelligent HVAC systems using water-based radiant terminals.
- ARCHIX.AI – Architectural proposal platform: a browser-based tool that turns early-stage architectural sketches into client visualisations, helping project teams develop and communicate design proposals before construction begins.
- SIGNAX – SIGNAX CDE: a BIM common data environment designed to centralise project information and support coordination between design, construction and project management teams.
Connecting “Creators of Future Spaces” across the industry
Alongside the product showcases, smarteX Malaysia will host various forums under the theme “Creators of Future Spaces”, bringing together technology providers, built environment professionals and representatives from industry bodies to discuss how smart systems can improve operational performance, human experience, sustainability outcomes, community value and long-term asset resilience.
Each day of the forums will cover a different theme:
- The Future Space Vision (29 July, 14:00 – 17:30): smart cities and national infrastructure, AI-driven urban transformation, future asset development and human-centred planning.
- #What it’s worth: The Human Value Economy - How Health, People and Communities Are Reshaping the Future of Assets (30 July, 10:30 – 12:00): the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) forum on sustainable assets, organisations and community.
- #How It works: The Sensory Building (30 July, 14:00 – 17:30): Wi-Fi Alliance forum on wireless infrastructure.
- #How it works: The "Nervous System" of Architecture (31 July, 10:30 – 12:00): digital twins, operational intelligence, lighting control for smart buildings.
- #How it feels: UX Evolution & Collaborative Regenerative Design & Humanitarian Values (31 July, 14:00 – 16:00): AI-enabled building ecosystems and workplace experience.
- Human Value and Intelligent Asset Economy (1 August, 10:30 – 11:10): innovative smart technologies, implementation cases, certified solutions and transforming cities into intelligent human-centric systems.

Their contributions will feature a presentation from the DALI Alliance on the integration of advanced lighting control systems into building ecosystems, a session from the Wi-Fi Alliance exploring the next generation of wireless technology, and a panel discussion led by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) exploring how to integrate health, sustainability, workforce wellbeing and community outcomes into business strategies.
Together with leading local industry associations, such as the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB), the Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM), Construction Research Institute of Malaysia (CREAM), the Malaysia Green Building Council (Malaysia GBC), the Green Building Index (GBI), and the Malaysia PropTech Association, smarteX Malaysia establishes new benchmarks for smart, sustainable residential and commercial development at this year's forum.
