• To ensure a safe, healthy, and secure exhibition environment, all personnel entering the exhibition hall must complete real-name registration and carry valid identification.
• Admission badge grants access to SmarteX Malaysia and the co-located ARCHIDEX exhibition.

Pre-registration benefits:

• Plan your visit in advance and enjoy a seamless entry experience by completing the pre-visitor registration for the exhibition. To register, simply fill out the online form and upload your business credentials. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for badge collection. Please carry the identification (e.g. passport / ID card and business card)  to receive the admission badge.
• Receive event updates and exclusive highlights sent directly to your inbox.
• Enjoy access to SmarteX Malaysia and co-located event, ARCHIDEX.

• Applications must be submitted by companies or associations related to the industry. The organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on all applications.

This programme is organised by smarteX Malaysia. smarteX Malaysia reserves the unequivocal right to suspend, modify, and terminate the program without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of smarteX Malaysia shall be final and binding.
